Store Reports

Export orders, customers, and products to CSV, XLSX, XML, or JSON. Filter by date range, pick columns, save presets, and schedule recurring exports.

Enable

Turn on Store Reports, then open Store Toolkit → Store Reports. Large exports run in the background through Action Scheduler (bundled with WooCommerce).

Storage

  • Tables {prefix}jwp_stk_schedules and {prefix}jwp_stk_report_files
  • Generated files under uploads/jwp-stk-jobs/
  • Saved presets in the jwp_stk_store_reports_presets option

A daily cleanup cron removes old report files (default retention: 7 days).
