Common issues

Plugin will not activate

Install and activate WooCommerce first. Store Toolkit checks for WooCommerce on plugins_loaded and deactivates itself if WooCommerce is missing.

Buttons or modal look wrong

Open Store Toolkit → Settings and set the theme compatibility engine to Default (Fallback). Clear caches if you use a performance plugin.

Store Reports stuck or missing files

Confirm Action Scheduler is running (WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions). Failed jobs may be deleted — hook jwp_stk_job_before_delete lets modules clean up files.

Wishlist not persisting for guests

Ensure cookies are allowed and no conflicting cache strips cookie headers on AJAX (jwp_stk_wishlist_* actions).

REST or dashboard save errors

Confirm your user has manage_options. Module tools that touch orders or stock require manage_woocommerce.
