Running an export

Open Store Toolkit → Store Reports to run an export.

Types and formats

  • Types: orders, customers, products
  • Formats: CSV (default), XLSX, XML, JSON

Pick columns, a date range where it applies, and optional filters. Save the column set as a preset if you run the same export often. Presets are stored in the jwp_stk_store_reports_presets option.

Row cap

Module setting max_export_rows defaults to 2000. Larger jobs still run through Action Scheduler; raise the cap if you need bigger files and your server can handle them.

Permissions

Report REST routes require manage_woocommerce. Namespace: /wp-json/jwp-stk/v1/store-reports/ (generate, presets, jobs, download). See REST API.
