Using the stock table

Last updated

The stock table is a React screen at Store Toolkit → Stock Manager.

Table options

In module settings you can change:

  • Rows per page — default 20
  • Default stock status — default In stock
  • Visible columns — SKU, stock status, quantity, manage stock, backorders, low stock (all on by default)
  • Low stock threshold — default 5; used to highlight low-stock rows

Editing

Filter or search the list, then edit cells inline. Saves go through REST:

  • GET /wp-json/jwp-stk/v1/stock-manager/products — page, search, stock_status
  • PATCH or POST /wp-json/jwp-stk/v1/stock-manager/products/{id} — stock_status, manage_stock, stock_quantity, backorders

Both require manage_woocommerce. Values write to WooCommerce product data, not a separate Store Toolkit table.
